The E-1.0-0.9 G-Z steam boiler is used by enterprises to generate steam above saturated steam. This boiler model operates on gas. The boiler is equipped with a burner that heats the heat exchanger when the gas is burned.

The E-1.0-0.9 G-Z steam boiler has two drums located at the top and bottom of the boiler. These drums are connected by a tube bundle. The pressure difference between the drums allows natural water circulation within the boiler. Steam is generated in the upper drum and is diverted for consumption. Direct combustion of the fuel occurs in the firebox, which is located at the front of the boiler. An afterburner chamber is located behind the firebox to maximize thermal energy transfer to the heat exchanger, increasing boiler efficiency. To further enhance efficiency, an economizer is used, which heats the feedwater using exhaust gases.

The steam boiler E-1.0-0.9 G-Z is supplied as a single block in casing and with a complete set.
