RETURN OF PRODUCTS - IS MADE IN CASE OF A MANUFACTURING DEFECT, NO LONGER THAN 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PLACING THE ORDER.
A REFUND TO THE CUSTOMER IS MADE AFTER THE GOODS HAVE ARRIVED BACK TO THE COMPANY'S WAREHOUSE AND ITS CONDITION HAS BEEN CHECKED.

Delivery of goods is carried out in a manner convenient for the buyer, ensuring that the products are transported within the agreed timeframe.

Exchange and return of goods of proper quality
In accordance with Article 9 of the Law, consumers have the right to exchange non-food products of proper quality for similar products from the seller from whom they purchased them if the product does not satisfy them in terms of shape, size, style, color, or size, or if, for other reasons, it cannot be used for its intended purpose.

The consumer has the right to exchange a product of proper quality within fourteen days, not counting the day of purchase, unless a longer period is stated by the seller. A product of proper quality may be exchanged if it has not been used.
