Steam solid fuel boiler PTK

The PTK "Lider-5M" steam boiler has a steam output of up to 200 kg of steam per hour. The PTK boiler is a vertical cylindrical structure housing a heat exchanger welded from curved tubes. Fins are welded to the tubes to improve thermal energy transfer. The boiler is equipped with an economizer, which increases efficiency by preheating the boiler feedwater. The boiler is mounted on a solid-fuel furnace, where combustion occurs. For improved combustion, the boiler is equipped with an automatic-controlled blower fan. The use of automatic controls in the PTK steam boiler makes the steam generation process fully automated. The furnace has a wide fuel loading hatch and an ash removal hatch, making this boiler easy to use and maintain.
