Steam boiler E-2.5-0.9 GM on gas

The E-2.5-0.9 GM steam boiler is used by enterprises to generate steam above saturated steam. The boiler's operating steam pressure is 0.8 MPa with a temperature of 174.5 ^° C, and its nominal steam capacity is at least 1.6 tons of steam per hour. This boiler model operates on liquid fuel or gas. The steam boiler is equipped with a gas burner, which heats the heat exchanger during fuel combustion.

The E-2.5-0.9 GM steam boiler has two drums located at the top and bottom of the boiler. These drums are connected by a tube bundle. The pressure difference between the drums allows for natural water circulation within the boiler. Steam is generated in the upper drum and is diverted for consumption. Direct fuel combustion occurs in the firebox, which is located at the front of the boiler. An afterburner chamber is located behind the firebox to maximize thermal energy transfer to the heat exchanger, increasing boiler efficiency. To further enhance efficiency, an economizer is used, which heats the feedwater using exhaust gases.
