Supply of steam boilers, biomass, solid and pellet fuel boilers from Turkey
In many cases, solid fuel-fired industrial steam boilers are the only type of heating equipment suitable for a given production facility. This is especially true in remote regions where gas or electricity are expensive.
The Universal solid fuel steam boiler features a dry-back firebox, horizontal construction, thermal insulation, and a protective polished steel sheet liner. It comes fully equipped with all necessary accessories for automatic operation. The boiler 's large water capacity allows for flexible and responsive operation, enabling it to deliver steam instantly and withstand sudden demand even above its rated operating capacity. Proper boiler design allows for dry, water-free steam generation, even under these challenging conditions.
The large firebox allows the use of various types of biomass, such as wood chips, olive waste, sunflower seed husks, apricot kernels, straw, peat, etc.
Universal solid fuel automatic steam boilers with a capacity of 1,500–20,000 kg of steam per hour operate on ANY solid fuel with a particle size of 5–40 mm. Operating steam pressure ranges from 6 to 12 bar. Steam temperature ranges from 130 to 200 degrees Celsius (standard).
The boiler design consists of two sections: a classic three-pass fire-tube section and a water-tube section (pre-furnace section), where the solid fuel is burned. Automatic fuel stations (numbers 1 to 6) feed fuel to the pre-furnace section, preventing fine particles from being carried into the fire-tube section and, as a result, significantly reducing contamination of the combustion channels.
Automatic ash removal, additional boiler equipment (deaerator, condensate collector, chimney/cyclone/smoke exhauster, water softening) are offered as options.
The boilers are equipped with CALPEDA pumps, LESER valves, DANFOSS sensors and switches, EMCO electronics, and PAKKENS pressure gauges.
Boilers of this series have been installed in the USA, UAE, Egypt, Turkey, Romania, Moldova, Syria and have been successfully operated since 1965 (!)
