Steam boiler KTVa 300 kg/steam (solid fuel)

The KTVa 300 wood-fired steam boiler produces 300 kg/h of saturated steam at a temperature no higher than 115°C and a pressure no higher than 0.07 MPa, with a power output of 0.22 MW. The KTVa 300 wood-fired steam boiler is used in industrial applications and for heating.

The KTVa 300 wood-fired steam boiler is a steel, fire-tube steam boiler. The KTVa 300 boiler consists of two cylinders of different diameters. These cylinders are nested one inside the other and connected by flanges and a steam collector. The grate firebox is located at the front of the boiler block, while the convection tube package, welded perpendicularly to each other into the inner cylinder, is located at the rear. The smoke stack base with a built-in spark arrestor is located at the rear of the boiler.
