Steam boiler KP-300 on solid fuel

The KP-300 solid fuel boiler has a steam output of up to 300 kilograms per hour. Coal, wood, straw, and waste from wood processing and agricultural enterprises can be used as fuel.

The KP-300 steam boiler is a horizontal cylindrical unit with a large firebox surrounded by a water jacket, a convection tube bundle behind the firebox, an ash collector at the bottom, and a steam collector at the top. A solid fuel loading hatch with a blower fan is located at the front of the boiler. To improve heat transfer, a combustion chamber for combustible gases is located behind the firebox. During combustion, all thermal energy is transferred to the convection tube bundle, which forms an additional jacket. This quickly heats the water and generates steam in the boiler's steam collector. Steam at a pressure of up to 0.07 MPa is discharged from the boiler through steam outlet pipes. Flue gases are discharged through a chimney at the rear of the boiler.
