Kvartal Turbo boilers feature a large inlet with a door to accommodate large quantities of fuel for long-term combustion, ensuring reliable and highly efficient operation. High-quality certified sheet steel and seamless pipes are used for the Kvartal Turbo boiler body and heat exchanger, incorporating advanced technologies. A three-chamber flue system ensures high efficiency—up to 93%—more complete, controlled combustion, and reduced emissions. The first chamber, the firebox, is large and maximizes the combustion time of a single fuel load and reduces maintenance time. The second chamber maximizes heat transfer from the combustion products thanks to its large heat exchange surface. The third, the ash chamber, is also used for heat exchange and for collecting ash and combustion residues. Thermal insulation is provided by non-flammable, environmentally friendly mineral wool. The combustion process is regulated by optimally supplying air through special channels into the combustion zone. Kvartal-turbo boilers are additionally equipped with fans that supply heated air through special channels to nozzles located on the side walls of the boiler. Through these nozzles, the warm air enters the combustion chamber, ensuring more complete combustion of the fuel and achieving better performance and efficiency of the boiler.
