A permanent exhibition of industrial boilers in a 100 kW warehouse
ARS three-pass industrial boilers with manual loading are designed to operate on solid fuels (coal, wood, and fuel briquettes). The boiler can be converted to operate on natural gas or diesel fuel. The boiler design maximizes the efficient use of heat generated during combustion of various fuels, achieved through flue gas recirculation and a built-in economizer. When converted to natural gas, the boiler achieves 93% efficiency.
Steel solid fuel boilers with manual fuel loading are designed for heating domestic, industrial and other premises, for preparing hot water and supplying heat for technological needs using firewood, wood waste, sawdust, peat, coal briquettes and coal as fuel.
The rotary combustion chamber, lined with refractory material, allows for fuel combustion with minimal emissions in all operating modes. Fuel is loaded onto a grate and passes through drying, gasification, and combustion zones.
These boilers are designed for the automatic combustion of pellets, graded coal, and wood chips with a moisture content of no more than 50%. The new lined furnace design features an improved fuel feed mechanism, ensuring stable operation with low-quality fuel. Boilers with a capacity of 1 MW and above are manufactured with a pre-furnace.
