General characteristics

The Retra-Univer R boiler is constructed of durable sheet metal with a highly developed heat-receiving surface. The Retra-Univer R boilers are domestic boilers that burn wood gas, which is released during smoldering. Fuel is loaded manually, and a flare burner can be installed. Ash removal from the grate is manual. The boilers are equipped with a mechanical fuel aerator.

Control system for solid fuel boiler RETRA- Univer P

The boiler design allows for its operation together with an electronic control panel, blower fans, and a smoke exhauster.

The control panel is designed to operate a central heating boiler, which is equipped with a smoke exhauster and a water circulation pump for the heating system. It automatically maintains the set boiler temperature using a smoke exhauster.

Before starting to operate the boiler, the user must read the documentation for the control panel.

The control panel can be installed directly on the boiler in areas protected from high temperatures and direct flame exposure, as well as on adjacent walls of the boiler room, provided that there is unimpeded and safe access to the control panel.

The temperature of the coolant (water) is measured using a temperature sensor installed in a copper sleeve (15) mounted on top of the boiler's heat exchanger near the supply pipe. An emergency temperature sensor is also connected to the copper sleeve. If the boiler temperature exceeds 95 ^° C, it opens the contacts and shuts down the smoke exhaust fan (the circulation pump continues to operate).

When using the boiler in the automatic fuel supply mode, use only the control panel supplied with the flare burner.
