Economizer BVES-1-2

The BVES-1-2 economizer is a heating unit component used in steam and hot water boilers to increase boiler efficiency by up to 20% and save up to 10% on fuel. Economizers are designed with boiler feedwater running through serpentine-shaped tubes. The coils are staggered to improve thermal energy transfer and are welded into the manifolds.

Exhaust gases from the boiler furnace pass through an economizer and heat the water passing through coils to the steam or hot water boiler. This principle ensures that the feedwater enters the boiler at a temperature of 100 ^° C, saving fuel for heating the water.
