Deaerator tank

Deaerators are installed in boiler rooms to remove chemically reactive gases from boiler feedwater and the heating system. To improve the safety and service life of boiler equipment, degassing of the incoming boiler water is essential. In atmospheric deaerators, deaeration occurs in several stages. The first stages are in the deaerator column, and the final stage is in the deaerator tank. This stage is called settling, and it is here that the remaining gas bubbles are released from the treated liquid.

BDA deaerator tanks are designed to be combined with deaerator columns of varying capacity in emergency situations. We manufacture deaerator tanks with capacities ranging from 2 to 15 ^m³ .

The BDA deaerator tank consists of a horizontal cylindrical tank with a safety device that controls the level of the settled water.
