Ash collector (cyclone) CN-1P-250-SP

The CN-1P-250-SP cyclone ash collector is installed in solid fuel boilers upstream of the chimney to capture and burn out ash particles. Flue gases leaving the boiler room contain unburned fuel particles, which reduces fire safety not only within the boiler room but also in the surrounding area.

Flue gases enter the ash collector and, as they pass from top to bottom, spiral downward, losing velocity. As the gas flow slows, ash particles fall into a hopper at the bottom of the ash collector, and the flue gases are discharged into the chimney. The hopper is equipped with a damper, through which the ash is periodically cleaned.

The CN-1P-250-SP ash collector is used in small and medium-capacity boiler rooms. To prevent condensation, ash collectors are installed in boiler rooms.

For boilers with higher capacity, battery cyclones are used, which are a structure consisting of several cyclones. Flue gases pass through these cyclones in parallel, which helps reduce the passage velocity.
