Automatic boiler control panel

The automation panel is designed to control E and DKVR series boilers and provides boiler start-up, shutdown, and protection when process parameters deviate beyond acceptable limits. The control panel is powered by a 220V AC power supply at 50Hz, with a power consumption of no more than 1.5 kVA. Operating conditions: ambient temperature from +5 to +50°C, humidity up to 80%.

The automation kit provides the following functions:

• - boiler protection, ensuring its shutdown when technological parameters deviate from the norm;
• - manual remote boiler stop;
• - remote start and stop of the smoke exhauster and fan electric motors;
• - automatic boiler ignition with operator participation;
• - warning light and sound signaling of deviations of technological parameters from the norm;
• - automatic regulation of parameters;
• - control of technological parameters
