The DeltAll pipe has the unique feature of combining the advantages of plastic and flexible metal.
This is explained by its special five-layer structure.
The intermediate layer is made of high-flow aluminum alloy "Stark," which is butt-welded along the entire forming line. In the same manufacturing process, the aluminum is sandwiched between two layers of cross-linked polyethylene (PE-Xb), which are firmly bonded to the aluminum with layers of adhesive.
DeltAll is also available in an insulated version. In this version, the multilayer pipe is covered with a casing of low-density polyethylene foam with a thickness compliant with the 10/91 law, with an extruded surface film made of low-density polyethylene (PE-LD).
