Deaerator automation panel

Deaerators are installed in boiler rooms to remove chemically reactive gases from boiler feedwater and the heating system. To improve the safety and service life of the boiler system, degassing of the incoming water is necessary.

An automation panel was developed to automate the deaerator unit. The deaerator's automation panel monitors the water deaerating process, specifically the water temperature, water volume, and pressure in the deaerator. The panel is equipped with audible and visual alarms, ensuring the deaerating process with minimal intervention by maintenance personnel. If deaerating standards are violated, the automation panel will regulate all parameters, thereby returning them to normal, and in emergency situations, it will perform an emergency shutdown of all water deaerating processes.

Installing a deaerator control panel is the best solution for the safe operation of the deaerator unit.
