Pre-furnace for a steam boiler

The UKG-0.7, PSFT-0.7, or PSFT-1.4 furnace preheaters are used to convert solid fuel into combustible gases, which are burned in the boiler furnace. Steam or hot water boilers operating on liquid or gaseous fuels can be easily converted to solid fuel by installing a solid fuel furnace preheater. The fuel burns directly in the furnace preheater, and the resulting gas is burned in the boiler combustion chamber. This principle is used to convert a boiler to solid fuel without changing the boiler design. Installation of the furnace preheater is possible without a prepared foundation in the boiler room.

Solid fuel pre-fireboxes operate on pellets, coal, wood chips, sawdust, and waste from wood processing and agricultural enterprises. They are also equipped with automatic controls, making them fully automated. Fuel is loaded into the hopper no more than once a day. The automatic controls then feed it into the pre-firebox via an auger, and fans supply air, facilitating the pyrolysis process. The gases released are then released.
