The Peletex 15 is a complete analogue of the Pelletron 15 pellet burner, offering outputs from 2 to 15 kW. It is designed for heating and can be installed on any solid fuel unit with a chimney.
These are residential buildings, cottages, warehouses, stoves, saunas, garages, outbuildings, greenhouses, industrial and commercial buildings, etc., with an area of up to 200 m2 and provide thermal comfort comparable to gas heating.
The Pelletex-15 pellet burner is the easiest way to switch to 24/7 heating. The Pelletex-15 pellet burner operates reliably at the power you set. Burner power is controlled by the included power grates. If the outside temperature drops, set the grate to 100%, or if it gets warmer, set the grate to -30%, and you'll maintain a stable temperature in the heated room. Within 5 days, you'll know exactly which power grate to use on the burner to maintain a stable temperature in your home. The Pelletex burner is very economical, with pellet consumption of 0.2 kg = 1 kW/h of power. The Pelletex pellet burner is equipped with 17 kg or 34 kg fuel hoppers; the fuel lasts for approximately 10 hours with the grate set to 100%. The burner requires cleaning once a day. Using high-quality pellets, the pellet burner will operate autonomously for up to 3 days without cleaning the basket when refilled. Cleaning the ash from a heating unit (boiler or other appliance) is quick and easy: just pull out the ash flap and empty the ash into a bag. A pellet burner installed in the boiler ensures perfect pellet combustion at all power settings. It operates smokelessly. The Pelletex 15 burner is installed in most types of hot water boilers. No modifications to the boiler (except for the door) are required; in most cases, simply making a hole is enough. It is recommended to install the burner in the lower door of the boiler to simplify ash removal. The burner does not interfere with firing the boiler with other fuels (wood or coal). The pellet burner can be installed on any heating unit with an insulated chimney at least 4 meters high. The pellet burner is constructed of heat-resistant stainless steel. The burner has a service life of up to 10 years or more, excluding consumables. Fuel: 6.8 mm white wood pellets (free from any impurities). Pellet combustion efficiency is 95%. It requires no electricity, is reliable, and durable. Pellet consumption during continuous operation is 200 grams = 1 kW/hour. It is easy to operate and exceptionally reliable.
It is considered that the thermal energy requirement of a standard house (inside +24, outside -20) is 1 kW per 8-10 m2; from this point of view, the Peletron-15 burner allows heating a house with an area of 25 to 200 m2.
