- The OXI Ceramik is a fully automated flare-type burner. The OXI Ceramik pellet burner features movable grates made of imported heat-resistant stainless steel, and the combustion chamber is made of refractory ceramics. The primary and secondary air distribution method enables high combustion efficiency (98%) in all operating modes. The OXI Ceramik pellet burner is designed for installation in hot water pellet boilers and can also be installed to replace existing gas and liquid fuel burners.
Main technical characteristics of the OXI Ceramik pellet burner for pellet boilers:
• Automatic, self-cleaning pellet burner with movable grates;
• The burner automation provides control of the burner, fuel feed auger, smoke exhauster, hot water supply to the boiler, boiler circuit pump, boiler temperature, and smooth modulation of burner power;
• Automatic switching off and on of the burner when the electrical voltage is lost;
• Stable operation of the pellet burner with voltage fluctuations in the range of 190-250V;
• High efficiency of pellet combustion – more than 98% – achieved thanks to the air distribution system, the automatic operating algorithm, and the ceramic burner combustion chamber; fire safety – the fuel supply from the bunker to the burners is organized with a break in the fuel stream;
• The burner design and automatic control functions allow for prompt monitoring of the safety of the fuel combustion process;
• Modulation of the pellet burner power over a wide range allows for optimal burner adjustment for the corresponding boiler and heating system; long service life of the pellet burner - the design uses components from leading manufacturers (EBM, Belimo, Bopla); the materials used in the burner correspond to operating temperature conditions and have a high margin of safety and wear resistance;

Unlike pneumatic methods, the mechanical cleaning method doesn't blow ash around the firebox, simplifying the cleaning process. The lack of a sudden air flow into the firebox allows for a stable temperature control. The design is simple and reliable.
• The fan for modulating combustion processes is used by the leading German manufacturer Ebm-papst. The Ebm-papst company was founded in Berlin (Germany) in 1880.
• Ceramic lighter. The ceramic lighter is made in Japan and is much more reliable than electric heating elements. Most heaters ignite pellets by direct contact with the pellets, which significantly reduces their durability and makes them difficult to clean. The ceramic lighter used in OXI burners is installed outside the combustion zone and ignites by blowing hot air onto the pellets—resulting in a very durable and reliable design that requires no maintenance.
