Solid fuel boilers "RETRA - 4M Duo" 25 kW, adapted to operate in two modes:

• in the mode of feeding fine-grained fuel in the form of pellets from various types of wood (preferably deciduous trees), peat, sunflower husks, as well as meal, rapeseed pulp, chips, sawdust, straw, etc. for which purpose it is additionally equipped with a pellet burner. Fuel is fed to the pellet burner using a screw feed from a spacious hopper. For the most efficient combustion of pellets, the burner is blown with a fan. The process of feeding fuel to the pellet burner by a screw, driven by a geared motor. The most efficient combustion of fuel in the pellet burner is ensured by air blowing, which is carried out by a fan. The operation of the screw conveyor and fan is controlled by a microprocessor thermostat.

• Manual loading of firewood, coal, peat briquettes, packaged straw, and other bulky fuels. Efficient combustion in the firebox is achieved through an intensive air supply around the perimeter of the chamber. This creates an "air cocoon" around the fuel. Any gas that doesn't burn in the firebox due to insufficient air is allowed to burn out thanks to the supply of secondary air. This ensures high efficiency.

ADVANTAGES:

• two fireboxes: the upper one for burning large-sized raw materials, the lower one for burning small fuel using a retort (pellet) burner;

• operation in manual and automatic mode;

• increased bunker volume ensures continuous operation of the boiler for up to 3-5 days with proper installation and appropriate loading;

• double fire prevention in the feed auger.
