Air pyrolysis boiler

In the solid fuel pyrolysis boiler K-VZ, the coolant is air, unlike K-VD, where the coolant is water.

Advantages of air-cooled boilers:

1. lack of pipelines and heating radiators,
2. there is no risk of system unfreezing,
3. The room can be heated as needed.

Pyrolysis air boilers are used mainly in industrial premises.

The design of the K-VD and K-VZ solid fuel pyrolysis boilers is generally similar. The loading chambers and combustion chambers are identical for both boiler types of equal capacity, differing only in the heat transfer design—a "water jacket" for water and an increased heat exchange surface for air.

K-VZ is capable of operating in autonomous mode, but it is more efficient to use forced air flow.

Solid fuel pyrolysis boilers of the air type (K-VZ) are manufactured individually according to the customer’s technical specifications.
