Air heating furnace using waste oil
A direct-fired air heater is a device designed for space heating using used motor, industrial, and transmission oils. The heater is a simple appliance requiring little maintenance. Preventative maintenance is performed by the owner.
High air flow of 2270 m3/hour
Warm air does not mix with combustion products; at the outlet of the heater, the air has a temperature of 30-80 °C,
Easy maintenance;
Equipped with power regulation from 10 to 35 kW, which will allow you to save fuel and maintain the temperature you need
Durable construction with long service life
High reliability and safety.
A highly efficient heat exchanger with cooling fins and a U-shaped combustion chamber ensures high efficiency
Steel body with wear-resistant outer surface coated with powder paint;
Low emissions are achieved through complete combustion of the fuel, resulting in a blue flame.
1) Reliability and simplicity of design
The stoves are very reliable and easy to operate. Installation only requires installing the chimney pipe and lowering the fuel pump into the fuel tank.
Fuel combustion occurs without odor or smoke.
A powerful fan increases the speed of heating the room.
Italian electronics
Gear pump
2) Work safety
3) Ease of use
Remote fuel tank (not included).
No additional filtration or heating of the fuel is required.
After 8–24 hours of continuous operation, only cleaning of the combustion chamber plate from combustion products is required.
All spare parts are domestically produced and inexpensive.
The set temperature ranges from 0-30 °C and is maintained and controlled using a remote thermostat.
