A 2 kW heating element located on the rear wall of the appliance provides uniform heating throughout the chamber for 20-30 minutes. Depending on the food and the chosen recipe, the temperature can be set to up to 100 degrees Celsius. The required parameters are set on the control unit. Food cooked in the smoker is juicy and tender, without any traces of charring or soot. The resulting product has a pleasant aroma and a golden-brown color.
