A fire extinguishing kit is a device that serves to prevent the possibility of backfire (fire penetration into the auger pipe and fuel hopper) in a burner with automatic fuel supply.

When using pellets as fuel, be aware that heat from the burner can enter the auger tube, which can cause equipment failure or fire. Therefore, a fire suppression kit connected to the burner with an automatic fuel feed is used.
