Description of the HERZ actuator for regulating ball valves HERZ 7712

Actuator for 2- and 3-way control valves.

The body is made of two parts using fire-retardant plastic. The bottom part is black, the top is red.

The mixing actuator is secured to the valve with a single screw. A limit bolt is included with the actuator to limit the rotation angle. The actuator can be installed on a valve with 90° rotation relative to its body. The actuator's stroke is limited to 90°. Upon reaching the end stops, the actuator switches off and de-energizes.

• Lead-in cable to the motor: 1 m, 3x0.75 mm2
• Auxiliary switch cable: 1m, 3x0.75mm2
• Parallel connection is not possible
• Torque: min. 10 Nm (at rated voltage)
• Synchronicity: ±5%
• Manual adjustment
• Temporary and permanent disengagement of the gearbox using a rotary switch
