The Grundfos SOLAR 25-40 180 is a circulation pump designed for circulating coolant in solar heating circuits. The cast iron casing has a corrosion-resistant coating applied using a special cataphoresis process.

Application area:
For water circulation in private houses with solar heaters.
This pump model is equipped with a wet-rotor electric motor and a protected stator, without seals, but with two O-rings. The bearings are lubricated by the pumped liquid due to rotation.

Distinctive features of the pump:
Ceramic radial bearings.
Graphite axial bearing.
The rotor sleeve, gap seal and bearing race are made of stainless steel.
Corrosion-resistant impeller.
Cast iron body with cataphoretic coating.
