Atmospheric deaerator DA-1 (DA-3)

Deaerators are installed in boiler rooms to remove aggressive gases from boiler feedwater and heating systems. To improve the safety and service life of boiler equipment, degassing of incoming boiler water is necessary.

The DA-1 and DA-3 deaerators are equipped with automatic controls. The deaerator's automation system monitors the entire degassing process and, if any deviations occur, takes the necessary safety measures.

The DA-1 and DA-3 deaerators have capacities of 1 and 3 ^m³ /h, respectively. All units are supplied complete with shutoff valves, safety valves, measuring instruments, and automation.

When deaerating water in atmospheric deaerators, the discharged vapor must be cooled—this is what a vapor cooler is designed for. Cooling occurs through the circulation of makeup water in the cooler. This process is very beneficial because it cools the vapor, warms the feedwater, and heats the remaining vapor.
