Solid fuel boilers ARS 100-1000

ARS three-pass industrial boilers with manual loading are designed to operate on local fuels (coal, firewood, fuel briquettes, wood waste).

It is possible to switch the boiler to operate on natural gas or liquid fuel (efficiency 95%).

The boiler design allows for the most efficient use of heat generated during combustion of various types of fuel, which is achieved through flue gas recirculation and the operation of a built-in economizer.

Pyrolysis solid fuel boilers ARS 100-800 L

Boilers with a lined firebox are designed for the automatic combustion of pellets, graded coal, and wood chips with a moisture content of no more than 50%.

The fuel on the grate passes through the zones:

1) Drying – when entering the firebox, the moisture contained in the fuel evaporates due to the high temperature in the firebox (emission of white smoke);

2) Gasification – after the moisture evaporates inside the firebox, volatile fuel gas is formed, released by pyrolysis;

3) Combustion – the volatile fraction of the fuel burns in the gas phase. Combustion begins in the firebox, above the grate. The boilers have a large combustion chamber (maximum log length 2 m,  250 mm);

4) The solid fraction—the carbonaceous residue remaining after the gas is released by pyrolysis—burns downward in the firebox. The ash falls beneath the grate.

Pyrolysis solid fuel boilers ARS 100-1500 LM (BM)

Steel three-pass hot water boiler of the ARS 100-1500 LM (BM) series with mechanized fuel supply and a heating capacity of 99-1450 kW.

The boilers are designed for the automatic combustion of pellets, graded coal, and wood chips with a moisture content of no more than 50%.

The new design of the lined firebox has an improved fuel supply mechanism, ensuring stable operation with poor quality fuel.

The boilers implement the principle of “staged combustion” of pyrolysis gas to achieve the highest efficiency with the lowest amount of CO and NOx emissions.
