This commercial proposal offers a modular heat generator TM-1 0 0 based on 2 solid fuel boilers ARS 5 0 L M (50 kW) . The tubular heat exchanger is made of seamless, drawn tubes and is shaped to meet specific requirements for high-quality solid fuel combustion, with subsequent easy cleaning of the heat exchange surfaces. This boiler model has proven itself thanks to a number of features that make it ideal for burning biomass fuels, as listed below. It also features low emissions and complies with European standards.
The main advantages of L M boilers:
High-quality boiler steel, at least 6 mm thick;
Efficiency - 92% (boiler operation on pellets)
The tubular frame and geometry of the flue gas duct guarantee a reduction in cleaning operations.
The entire structure is made in one gas-tight compact block.
Reduced specific heat load in the firebox, which ensures long-term operation of the boiler.
Reduced total water capacity, which reduces thermal inertia and increases the speed of reaching a stable operating mode.
Increased safety in case of accidents or power outages.
Depending on the type of fuel and the total thermal capacity of the boiler, it is necessary to use additional equipment, which is manufactured at our facility.

The delivery set includes:

FUEL USED
Biomass (plant waste from agricultural production, forestry, waste from primary food processing).
Wood processing waste.
Waste from secondary wood processing and similar products (glued laminated chipboard or multilayer plywood, products with resinous coatings of various types and quantities permitted for secondary use).
Coal of all grades

Lump waste 0 ÷ 100 mm

BULK DENSITY: 80 - 500 kg/m3
MAXIMUM MOISTURE CONTENT: 100% of the dry mass, equivalent to 50% of the total mass. If the moisture content exceeds 40%, the boiler's useful heat output may need to be adjusted.
MINIMUM ASH MELTING TEMPERATURE:
800°C (wood laminated board coating).
