The fan and its replacement panels are made of high-quality, durable ABS plastic. The heart of the fan is a powerful, low-noise electric motor with an impeller designed to significantly improve efficiency and reduce noise levels to a minimum.

The fans are equipped with a check valve that prevents unpleasant odors and dust from entering the room from the air duct system when the fan is not operating.

This model's fans are equipped with a humidity sensor with an adjustable humidity range from 40% to 100% and an adjustable shut-off delay timer from 1 to 20 minutes. When the humidity sensor is set to a value lower than the room humidity, the fan turns on (even when the lights are off), and the fan turns off (even after the lights are off) when the set humidity level is reached (regardless of the timer setting). When the humidity sensor is set to a value higher than the room humidity, the fan turns off after the lights are turned off after the set timer interval.
