A centrifugal fan is designed to move steam, gases, air, and smoke with temperatures above 50 ^° C. Its advantage is that it can move air masses, even those containing sticky or fibrous components. It can be used in virtually any industrial sector.

Frame

The radial fan housing is made of high-quality cold-rolled sheet steel. This material provides excellent corrosion resistance. The housing is also coated with an environmentally friendly epoxy powder coating.

The galvanized wheels are balanced in accordance with ISO 1940. The air intake area is protected by a wire mesh, and the airflow speed can be adjusted. This prevents any foreign objects from being drawn into the fan by the air.

Engine

Ball bearings provide a long service life. The motor has a rotor balanced in accordance with the European ISO 1940 standard.

The engine has a wide operating range for coils.

Insulation class F between -40° and +70°.

The motor has thermal protection for single-phase fans.

The single-phase fan motor operates at 230V/50Hz.
The three-phase fan motor operates at 380 V / 50 Hz.
All motor components are certified and meet standards. IP 54 protection rating (IP 55 models are available). Inverter control is only available for three-phase fans.
The motor is equipped with a cooling screw for safe operation in harsh working conditions. A higher operating range is provided only for the coils. The motor's operating range is between -20° and +45°.

Application area:

In duct applications where the pressure and rates of axial fans are insufficient, as well as in solid fuel heating boilers.

The fan is used to remove hot air from areas where the temperature becomes too high, such as:

• Warehouses, storage facilities and areas, depots
• Garage and public buildings and agricultural buildings,
• Commercial greenhouses,
• Large workshops,
• Paint shops,
• Factories,
• Dusty and vaporous environments,
• For cooling industrial equipment (e.g. welding machines, transformers, compressors...)
