Transportable boiler platform

Transportable boiler platforms consist of a steel foundation supporting one, two, or three solid fuel long-burning boilers, a water treatment system, pumps, shutoff valves, an automation system, and instrumentation. Depending on the capacity and number of boilers installed, boiler platforms can have a capacity of 100 to 700 kW. The solid fuel boilers can be fueled by coal, wood, pellets, straw, and waste from wood processing and agricultural enterprises. The boilers also feature a large firebox and are equipped with air supply fans, which improve fuel combustion and increase heat transfer. The automation controls the water temperature in the boiler and the air supply to the firebox. Thus, maintenance of the transportable boiler platform is minimized.

The steel frame of the boiler platform allows for easy transport into the boiler room. Once connected to utilities, the boiler platform is fully operational.
