The SECESPOL LB31-130-1 counterflow plate heat exchanger, part of the L-line series, is designed for use in water supply, refrigeration, ventilation, air conditioning, and industrial process systems. The unit can handle liquids, air, and gases that are non-aggressive to the plate material and solder. Design
The SECESPOL LB31-130-1 heat exchanger is made of stainless steel corrugated plates brazed with copper or nickel. The fins of the stainless steel plates touch, forming countercurrent channels through which the heating and heated media flow. The different media move between the plates without mixing. SECESPOL's unique corrugation ensures excellent self-cleaning of the heat exchanger and low hydraulic resistance compared to competitive products. Pipe connections are made via threaded connections with a 1" external thread. Vacuum furnace brazing and high-quality solder guarantee a long service life for the LB31-130-1 and a high heat transfer coefficient when properly selected and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. The unit is non-dismountable.
