Tech ST21 CWU Automation for pump

The ST-21 CWU regulator is a universal controller with two temperature sensors designed to control a circulation pump.

The controller's function is to turn on the pump if the temperature difference between the sensors exceeds the set value (T2-T1), provided T2 >= the minimum pump threshold. The pump is turned off when T2 <= T1 + 2°C or T1 < the minimum pump threshold - 2°C (fixed hysteresis), or when T2 reaches the set temperature. Where: T1 is the boiler temperature, T2 is the boiler temperature (buffer). This action prevents unnecessary pump operation and unwanted cooling of the tank when the flow temperature drops, saving energy and extending the pump's service life. This increases reliability costs and reduces operating costs.

The ST-21 CWU regulator is equipped with a system that prevents the pump from seizing during long periods of inactivity. Every 10 days, the pump is turned on for 1 minute. An additional feature is
