The SP-30 PID boiler controller controls the operation of the blower fan and the CO pump. It has the ability to connect a room thermostat and a PT-1000 exhaust sensor.
The SP-30 is an intelligent controller for wood, coal, and fine coal combustion. Using the new Control Smart algorithm, it is a fully versatile device designed to control a CO2 fan and pump.
When the PT-1000 exhaust sensor is activated in the SERVICE menu, the controller will monitor the exhaust gas temperature. Once the boiler flue temperature exceeds 150°C, fan power will decrease as the temperature rises. Reducing fan power as the temperature rises prevents heat loss in the boiler and saves fuel in operating mode and during boiler ignition by up to 20% .
