Solar power plant under the "green tariff" 5 kW*h

The maximum permitted capacity of a solar PV system for private homes under the "Green Tariff" in Ukraine is 30 kW. Currently, the tariff for 1 kWh of electricity generated by this system in Ukraine is €0.18 per kWh. Installing a grid-tied system requires two conditions: access to the national grid and contracts for the sale of excess electricity. Given this system's capacity of 5 kWh, the purchase tariff of €0.18 per kWh, and its service life of over 25 years, the system can confidently be expected to pay for itself (6-8 years).
