Secespol brazed plate heat exchangers. The heat exchanger surface consists of corrugated plates assembled into a stack and brazed using copper or nickel.

The coolants of both circuits pass through their own channels, which alternate with each other, ensuring maximum heat transfer.

The heat exchanger is a one-piece structure. A vacuum furnace brazing process ensures a hermetic seal and a strong bond between the plates. High flow turbulence, achieved by profiling the heat exchanger plates, ensures efficient heat transfer and prevents fouling within the heat exchanger.
