Setting range: 30-90 °C Max. stroke: 60 mm Max. water temp.: 120 °C Connection: R ¾\» Max. damper weight: 600 g The regulator operates without electric current supply; the thermostatic element maintains the set temperature of the heating water leaving the boiler at the value set on the button, for which it opens or closes the combustion air supply valve, thereby increasing or decreasing the boiler power. Technical data RT — Body and immersion sleeve made of nickel-plated brass MS 58, removable immersion sleeve allows replacing the regulator without draining the system, two reversible thermoelements, handle made of impact-resistant plastic, lever and chain made of steel, spring made of stainless nickel-chrome steel. Installation — The draft regulator can be mounted on the boiler vertically or horizontally. When installed horizontally, the locking screw (12) should be on top and the temperature should be read on the red scale on the handle. When installed vertically, the screw (12) should be at the back, facing the front surface of the boiler, and the temperature should be read on the yellow scale. To save packaging, the draft regulator is supplied with the lever (9) removed, which should be secured in the desired position during installation with the locking screw (12). It is necessary to check that the screw is tightened on the flat surface of the lever. Please note that the chain fastenings (10) on the lever (9) and the boiler air damper are on a vertical line relative to each other. After installing the draft regulator, leave the lower end of the chain hanging freely. It should be attached to the damper only when adjusting the regulator. Adjustment - Make sure that the air damper is not damaged throughout its entire travel. Turn the handle (1) to set the desired temperature (red scale when the regulator is installed horizontally, yellow scale when the regulator is installed vertically). Heat the boiler to the desired temperature, monitoring the temperature with a boiler thermometer. Once the set temperature is reached, attach the chain (10) to the air damper. The chain should be tight (max. 1 mm of play). After adjustment, secure the handle with the screw (11).
