A fundamentally new method is used to prepare radiators for painting with a nanoceramic solution. It provides twice the corrosion protection of traditional phosphating.

High-quality radiator painting involves several stages:
• surface treatment (degreasing, washing, nanoceramic coating and washing again);
• water-based primer;
• powder coating (environmentally friendly paint is evenly distributed over the entire surface of the radiator).

Radiators are tested for corrosion resistance in a special laboratory using the condensation method.
