Functional features

The Ballu BHDP-10 Tundra series diesel heater is a powerful diesel-powered heater. It is designed for heating non-residential spaces and localized work surfaces. Its high efficiency, close to 100%, and its 10 kW output are sufficient for use as a powerful heat generator.

A fan draws air into the housing through a protective grille at the base of the gun and passes through the combustion chamber, where it mixes with high-pressure atomized diesel fuel supplied from the fuel tank to the injector. In the combustion chamber, the air-fuel mixture is ignited by a transformer ignition system with high-performance 12 kV electrodes and is expelled into the heated room along with the combustion products. A heat-reflecting steel screen at the front end of the housing traps the open flame and prevents it from escaping, thereby ensuring uniform heating of the room or work surface.

The Ballu BHDP-10 Tundra series heat generator's built-in, highly sensitive thermostat with convenient and intuitive controls allows for autonomous operation, automatically maintaining the set operating temperature.

The safety of the Ballu BHDP-10 Tundra series diesel heater is ensured by an electronic control board with a temperature sensor and a photocell that monitors the presence of a flame – it stops the device in the event of an emergency.

The volume of diesel fuel is measured by a level sensor and displayed on a gauge built into the fuel tank.

The Ballu BHDP-10 Tundra heat gun's double-sided anti-corrosion coating will maintain its excellent appearance throughout the product's entire service life.

A replaceable air filter and a built-in fuel filter ensure long and stable operation of the injector.
