Teta-Instal LLC provides services for diagnostics, cleaning, restoration and repair of sewerage and water drainage systems.

During the operation of sewer systems, silt deposits accumulate on the internal surfaces of pipelines, tanks, and process equipment, affecting system capacity and creating the risk of emergency situations. If not addressed promptly, the presence of such deposits leads to a significant (several-fold) reduction in equipment performance, leading to equipment failure and subsequent major repairs. Emergency situations typically lead to environmental imbalances. Hydrodynamic cleaning, the method used by our company, is one of the primary methods for sewer system restoration.

Hydrodynamic cleaning method

This method simultaneously breaks up deposits of any type within the work area using water jets delivered from a high-pressure hydrodynamic unit (HPU) pump through specialized cleaning heads and nozzles. The cleaning products are removed from the system using sludge suction trucks.

ADVANTAGES OF THE METHOD:

• cleaning of communications and equipment materials to the main surface and complete restoration of pipeline capacity;
• restoration of the functionality of treatment tanks and settling tanks, previously considered to be out of order;
• high (up to 630 atm.) pressure of the working jet, ensuring the destruction of deposits of any nature, including deposits of concrete, crushed stone, sprouted tree roots, construction waste, and fatty deposits;
• high productivity, technological simplicity and multiple applications;
• the ability to clean hard-to-reach areas;
• the highest productivity and efficiency compared to other methods (mechanical, electric pulse, etc.);
• the most gentle way to treat surfaces and joints;
• complete environmental friendliness and safety;
• prompt execution of work by highly qualified teams using autonomous mobile repair shops.

Economic effect:

  1. Increased service life of communications and equipment without major repairs by 15-20 years (especially with regular cleaning) and a sharp reduction in the number of unscheduled repairs.
  2. Reduction of 10-15% in energy consumption during wastewater transportation to treatment facilities.
  3. Reduction of hydraulic losses.
  4. Restoring the self-cleaning capacity of sewer lines.

Technological sequence of operations:

  1. Diagnostics of equipment, communications and determination of the nature, quantity and composition of deposits.
  2. Drawing up a process map and preparing the equipment to be cleaned.
  3. Selection of cleaning modes, replacement technological equipment and deployment of the Main Directorate of Internal Affairs.
  4. Installation of plugs and pumping equipment.
  5. Direct cleaning from deposits.
  6. Collection of sediments by a sludge pump and their disposal.
  7. Identification of hidden faults in cleaned equipment and communications (pipeline leaks, metal damage, etc.) and their elimination during the cleaning process.
  8. Diagnostics of cleaned equipment, cleaning quality control.
