Steam boiler DKVR-6.5-13 GM on gas (gas)

The DKVR-6.5-13 GM boiler (DKVR stands for a reconstructed two-drum water-tube boiler, 6.5 stands for steam capacity, 13 stands for steam pressure, and GM stands for gas or fuel oil-fired) is used to generate superheated steam in industrial plants. The DKVR-6.5-13 boiler is a two-drum, vertical water-tube boiler with non-forced water circulation. Water circulation in the boiler is achieved by the pressure difference between the drums. Steam is generated in the upper drum. The DKVR-6.5-13 boiler has a firebox with a gas burner, where the fuel combustion process occurs, and an afterburner chamber, which serves to improve thermal energy transfer, increasing the efficiency of the DKVR-6.5-13 boiler to 92%.

After installation in the boiler room on a dedicated platform, DKVR boilers are encased in firebrick. As a result, these boilers are not exposed to external climatic conditions, extending their service life to 25 years with regular maintenance.
