Transportable steam boiler unit TKU-1.4

The TKU-1.4 transportable boiler operates in steam mode and has a steam capacity of 2 tons per hour. The TKU-1.4 boiler can simultaneously generate steam and hot water for heating.

The TKU-1.4 transportable boiler house is a thermally insulated box housing two E-1.0-0.9 boilers, a water treatment system, pumps, automation system, and instrumentation. A flue gas stack and ash collector are located outside. The box is made of sheet steel with a removable roof for easy maintenance or replacement of boiler equipment. All windows open inward, and the doors open outward.

Transportable boiler units operate on solid, liquid, or gaseous fuels, depending on the installed boiler model. The E-1.0-0.9M-Z boilers operate on liquid fuel, the E-1.0-0.9G-Z boilers operate on gaseous fuel, and the E-1.0-0.9R-Z boilers operate on solid fuel.

Solid fuel steam boilers will be beneficial for wood processing and agricultural enterprises due to the use of production waste as fuel.
