The original WILO TOP-RL 25/7.5 pump (Germany) is a three-speed circulation pump with a wet rotor for heating systems, cold water supply systems and air conditioning.
They are used in any heating systems, in large industrial systems as a separate circuit pump, in ventilation and air conditioning systems, closed cold water supply systems, underfloor heating systems, etc.
The TOP-RL 25/7.5 pump is easy to install and reliable in operation.
Advantages

Wet rotor . The design of a domestic circulation pump is such that the motor shaft is immersed in the pumped liquid, which lubricates the bearings and removes excess heat from the pump motor. This eliminates the need for a cooling fan in the pump design, resulting in reduced noise levels during operation .
Important to note! It is recommended to install the pump on a bypass pipe to allow for easy removal for repairs, replacement, or maintenance. This will allow the pump to be removed without shutting down the entire system/heating circuit.
Important to know! To prevent cavitation noise and damage to pump bearings at high temperatures, a minimum pressure must be maintained in the pump suction port, as shown in the table below . For this reason, in domestic systems, it is best to install the circulation pump on the return line (before the boiler), where the fluid temperature is lower and the possibility of vaporization (cavitation) in the pump casing is reduced.
