Solid fuel hot water boiler

The automatic fuel feed boiler operates on fine-grained solid fuel (no more than 25 mm). Pellets, small wood chips, sawdust, and woodworking and agricultural waste can be used as fuel. This boiler is considered low-maintenance due to its large fuel hopper and automatic control of the entire heat generation process.

Fuel is loaded into the hopper every few days, and the desired temperature of the incoming heating water is set. The solid fuel boiler's automatic control system then takes over. From the hopper, the automatic control system feeds fine-grained fuel into the boiler via a screw conveyor. The feed rate depends on the heat exchanger temperature. The fuel then enters the rotary burner, where combustion occurs, controlled by the automatic control system using air blower fans. Thus, a solid fuel hot water boiler with automatic fuel supply does not require constant maintenance.
