The Buran 40 kW boiler has a heated area of up to 400 sq. m., weighs 388 kg, and has an efficiency of 87%, with a maximum coolant flow of 0.87 cubic meters per hour. The chimney diameter is 180 mm, the diameter of the heating circuit connection pipes is 1 1/2 inches, and the firebox volume is 0.240 cubic meters. The volume of coolant in the boiler is 68 liters. The chimney height is at least 4.5 m. Overall dimensions are 2100 mm in height and 800 mm in diameter. Made in Ukraine (Certified).

• The combustion process is controlled by a simple and convenient regulator, directly linked to the combustion air damper. The desired heating water temperature is set on the regulator, and the boiler automatically maintains it. The actual temperature and pressure are displayed on a nearby pressure gauge.
  The boiler's heat exchanger is designed as a water jacket running the entire length of the boiler, ensuring rapid heating and high efficiency. Fireproof doors ensure a high level of fire safety, and the insulated casing protects against burns upon contact.
  For safe operation, it is necessary to install a safety relief valve or safety group in the heating system.
  Versatility

  The BURAN P solid fuel steel boiler is available in four power ratings: 10, 12, 20, and 40 kW, providing the heating needs of virtually any private home or other small space. For heating larger areas, multiple boilers can be cascaded.

  The boiler operates with both closed and open heating systems.

High efficiency and cost effectiveness

Air from the atmosphere enters the air preheating chamber and is then directed through an extendable air duct. Directly delivering preheated air to the combustion zone ensures the most efficient combustion of the fuel, minimizing soot and smoke formation. The fuel evenly distributes air throughout the combustion zone. The optimized combustion process ensures a standard efficiency of up to 86%.
The "top-down combustion" principle prevents the entire fuel load from burning out at once—it burns gradually as air is supplied. A single load of wood, depending on the density and specific operating conditions, is sufficient for 12-24 hours of boiler operation in maintenance mode or with a selected boiler with sufficient power. The boiler's burner is made of special heat-resistant steel, ensuring long-lasting operation.
The height of the insulated chimney must be at least 4.5 m. The end of the chimney must be at least 0.5 m above the building's ridge. Detailed recommendations for the use and configuration of solid fuel boilers are described in the operating manual.
