Atmos boiler 100 kW
Wood gasification boilers
The boilers are designed to burn wood using the generator gasification principle, using a suction fan that removes combustion products from the boiler or draws air into the boiler. The boiler bodies are made of welded steel sheets 3-8 mm thick and consist of a fuel filler section, which is equipped at the bottom with a heat-resistant pipe with a longitudinal opening for the passage of combustion products and gases. The combustion space beneath the fuel filler section is lined with ceramic blocks. At the rear of the boiler body is a vertical flue for combustion products, equipped with a valve at the top for heating. At the top of the flue gas filler section is a pipe for connection to a chimney.
The boiler design consists of two chambers placed one above the other. The upper chamber holds the fuel, while the lower chamber is where combustion occurs and houses the ash pan. Between them is a wood gasification nozzle, which facilitates complete gasification and fuel combustion.
Advantages of ATMOS wood gasification boilers
- Possibility of burning large pieces of wood;
- Large fuel hopper - long burning time;
- High efficiency – depending on the type 81 - 87% - primary and secondary air is heated to a high temperature;
- Ecological combustion – the boiler belongs to class 3 according to ČSN EN 303-5;
- Exhaust fan – dust-free ash collection, smoke-free boiler room;
- Cooling circuit to prevent overheating – no risk of damage to the boiler;
- Automatic shutdown of the boiler after the fuel burns out – thermostat for flue gases;
- Convenient ash collection – large ceramic combustion chamber for ash (for wood we collect ash once a week, for coal – once a day);
- Tubeless boiler – easier cleaning;
- Small size and light weight;
- High quality.
Environment
Reverse combustion, preheated combustion air, and a ceramic combustion chamber enable virtually complete combustion with minimal emissions of harmful gases. Therefore, these boilers meet the requirements for the Ecological Product label, as defined by the Czech Ministry of Environment Directive. According to ČSN EN 303-5, these boilers are classified as Class 3 and therefore eligible for a subsidy from the State Environmental Fund.
Installation
ATMOS boilers must be connected to a LADDOMAT 21 or ESBE thermostatic expansion valve to achieve a minimum boiler return water temperature of 65°C. The boiler outlet temperature must be maintained between 80 and 90°C. All boilers are supplied with a standard cooling circuit to prevent overheating. We recommend installing boilers with storage tanks.
CERTIFICATE AND CERTIFICATION
All ATMOS boilers are certified by testing institutions in the following countries: Munich (Germany), Lithuania, Ukraine, Sweden, Poland, Austria, Slovakia, and Hungary, in accordance with current standards – EN 303-5. Protected by an industrial patent.
The ATMOS Geсerator DC 20GS, DC 25GS, DC 32GS, and DC 40GS boilers are completely new in the field of wood-burning boilers. They are genuine wood gas generators.
