The LAL burner control unit is designed for forced-draft liquid fuel burners with air pressure monitoring through a functional test of the air pressure switch.
LAL… electromechanical burner control. The LAL… burner control is designed for forced-draft liquid fuel burners with air pressure monitoring through a functional test of the air pressure switch during startup and operation.
The control unit is designed for medium- to high-power atomizing burners (intermittent operation) with air monitoring for air damper control. Flame monitoring is performed by a QRB… photoresistor, a QRC1… oxidation flame detector, or an RAR… selenium light sensor. The burner control units are tested and certified according to EN 230 and are CE marked for electromagnetic compatibility.
Application: LAL… burner control units are designed to control and monitor medium- and high-power atomizing burners. They are universal and suitable for both multi-stage and modulating burners, as well as burners for stationary air heaters (WLE in accordance with DIN 4794).
As a special offer, burners of the LAL3.25 type are available, which can be used at waste incineration stations.
For control units used with continuous burners, see sheet 7785, type LOK16…
Mechanical Design: The control units are connected via a connector board. The housing and board are made of impact-resistant, heat-resistant black plastic.
The power-off indicator, error light, and reset button are located in the device's viewing window. The control unit is equipped with a replaceable fuse and a spare fuse.
