The LCD-22 PID controller operates with the central heating pump, hot water supply pump, and blower fan. A standard controller of this type turns the fan on at full power and turns it off after the boiler reaches the set temperature. The PK-22PID controller has software that reduces air flow and brings the boiler temperature closer to the set temperature. This leads to a significant reduction in fuel consumption and stabilization of the boiler temperature. The PK-22PID controller has the ability to select minimum and maximum fan speeds. This allows the PK-22PID controller to interact with any type of fan. Furthermore, it is possible to select a PID algorithm depending on the fuel being burned (this is different for coal and different for wood chips). The operation of the hot water pump is also important; it operates only when the boiler temperature exceeds the set temperature.
