The DUNGS gas multiblock is a gas line housed in a single unit. Its modular design makes it multifunctional, reliable, and energy-efficient.

The universal gas block manufactured by DUNGS is a compact fitting with built-in filters, regulators, valves and pressure switches.

The block design allows for the combination of the following components and characteristics: – Dirt trap: fine filter
– Regulator and two valves: type B01
– Two quick-opening valves
- One fast and one slow opening valve
– Solenoid valves up to 360 mbar according to DIN EN 161, class A, group 2
– Highly sensitive regulation of the output pressure by a proportional-integral action regulator according to DIN EN 88, class A, group 2

– Throttle on valve V2, regulating the main gas flow

The modular design of the device allows for individual solutions thanks to the external ignition tap combined with separate valve control and the presence of a valve monitoring system, minimum/maximum pressure regulators, a pressure limiting device and a limit contact on the V2 valve.

Application: The device's modular design allows for customized solutions in automatic control and safety engineering. It is used for gases of families 1, 2, 3, and other neutral gaseous media.
